Our Story

As a finance student at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University and an aspiring financial advisor, I kept learning things in class that I wished everyone could know. The importance of credit. The power of compound interest. The difference early investing can make. But I also realized something else: most students are so busy juggling classes, work, and life that long-term financial planning often gets overlooked.

We’re not about get-rich-quick schemes or overwhelming financial jargon. Instead, we focus on clear, practical steps you can take today—from budgeting on a student income to building credit and starting to invest—even if it’s just a few dollars at a time.

This platform is my way of bringing classroom knowledge into real life. Sharing those things that me think, "Why didn’t I learn this sooner?!" Capstone Finance is my way of making sure others don’t miss out—because the right steps now can lead to lifelong impact.
